All communication will take place through e-mail. You can expect an
e-mail from me withing 24-48 hours after you've placed an order. E-mail
communication is very important once your design gets started -- be
sure to check it often! If, after two weeks, I do not hear from you,
you will be charged a $20.00 cancellation fee.
Support & Installation: For all
designs, I must install the blog. This is due to the customized code and images used in my designs. You must add me as an administrator to your blog (for instructions click here). You can remove me as soon as your design is installed. I also offer a 48 hour support window to
fix any errors, bugs or for minor tweaks. This is your time to test out
the design to make sure everything is in working order. I will make
minor design changes to custom designs but am unable to alter pre-made
templates. It is your responsibility to backup your blog content prior
Payment: Full payment must be
made via my website through paypal for Pre-Made Templates and Custom
designs. A la Carte items (items not bought in conjunction with a full
design) may be invoiced separately. Please e-mail me with a la carte choices for an invoice.
Once payment is received you will receive an e-mail from me when I start your design work.
Cancellations & Refunds: Due to the nature of digital design work, refunds will not be given.
Images and Design Elements:
Third-party design elements (such as digital characters) must
be purchased and supplied prior to my use in your design. I will upload the images used in your
design to blogger -- I do not keep these images for more than 2 weeks
after they are installed. Please be sure to save them elsewhere!
